FLY KA32 / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

How Fly KA32 handles local records, website visits and support emails.
Updated: 2026-11-03

01 / Scope

This policy applies to the Fly KA32 app for iPhone and iPad and also explains visits to the privacy/support website and handling of support emails. The app provides Ka-32A11BC performance, weight and longitudinal CG calculations, and fuel-burn CG trend previews.

02 / Data stored on your device

Aircraft registrations, empty weight and CG, equipment descriptions, fuel density, environmental conditions, crew and cargo weights, tank and sling loading, and the current workspace are stored in the app’s on-device storage for calculations and resuming your work. Language and performance-alert preferences are also stored on device. The app does not proactively upload these data to the developer.

03 / Network, permissions & third-party components

Calculations and the policy/help pages bundled in the app work offline. The app does not require a developer-managed account, include advertising, usage analytics or third-party tracking services, or request location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions. If you choose to open a website or email link, the relevant browser or email service processes connection and message information under its own policies.
The privacy and support pages are static webpages. When you visit them, hosting and network service providers may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs to deliver pages and support security and operations. We have not added advertising, analytics code, login or data-submission forms to the page source. Visiting the website does not automatically access records stored within the app.

04 / Managing, retaining & removing data

You can manage aircraft and fuel-density records in Aviation Database. Current inputs and preferences are retained so you can continue your work until you change or remove them. The app does not keep a developer-server copy of these records. Deleting the app may remove local data, so preserve information you need beforehand. Redownloading the app does not automatically restore local records.

05 / Apple services & device backups

App Store acquisition records, downloads and payments, device backups and system diagnostics are handled by Apple under its policies and your settings. The app does not implement its own cloud sync. Backup and restoration of app data depend on your system and backup settings. The developer cannot directly access your device backup or bank-card details.

06 / When you contact support

If you choose to email support, the developer receives the sender address, message and attachments you provide, and uses them only to respond to and resolve that support request. The app does not automatically attach aircraft records or calculation inputs. You may use the same support channel to request correction or deletion of information in those messages.

07 / Policy updates

The update date is shown on this page. If the app’s data handling changes, this policy and the relevant disclosures will be updated.
